All information concerning donors and volunteers will be shared only with staff, board members, and consultants, including legal counsel and accountants, on a need-to-know basis. It will be kept strictly confidential unless permission is granted by the donors, or in the case of an estate, the personal representative, except to the extent that Strawberry Hill Foundation, Inc., is required to release such information by law.

Thank donors for their donation(s) or volunteer engagement

Strawberry Hill Foundation, Inc., uses reputable and proven online payment processing services and does not store, nor does it have access to, your credit card information, bank account numbers, or other account data sent to those processing services. Except as necessary to process payments or as required by law, we do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties.
Data Security: Strawberry Hill utilizes such data security as encryption (SSL/TLS), secure servers, and, where applicable, PCI-DSS compliance for payment processing.
Opt-Out/Opt-In Choice: Our current email system via Constant Contact affords a donor/volunteer/recipient to request that their data be removed and to no longer receive communications electronically.
While Strawberry Hill provides opportunities for donors and volunteers to be publicly recognized with regards to their gift or involvement with our organization, we let the donor/volunteer decide if they would like to remain anonymous or decline public recognition.
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requires Strawberry Hill Foundation, Inc. to keep donor information on file for seven years.
