Volunteer with Strawberry Hill!
Last year, more than 120 volunteers dedicated over 750 hours of service to Strawberry Hill! Volunteers are essential to our mission, operations, and efforts to provide educational opportunities to the community. Strawberry Hill has opportunities for individuals, scouts, and groups large and small. We would love to work with you!

Facilities & Grounds
We are always looking for volunteers to help us maintain our campus, buildings, and trails. If you love working in the outdoors (and with your hands) - think weeding, trimming, and/or helping us fix or build, this could be for you.
Animal Care Volunteers
Animal care volunteers assists staff with daily care of our animal ambassadors. Duties include feeding, monitoring the health of animals, cleaning enclosures, and providing enrichment for our furry, scaled, and feathered friends. Duties will take place both indoors and outdoors, and opportunities are available year-round.
Outreach Volunteers
Do you love interacting with people and sharing your enthusiasm for the environment? Represent Strawberry Hill at our informational booth during local, community events. Volunteers are needed primarily on weekends, May through October.
Special Event Volunteers
Volunteers assist the Strawberry Hill team with preparation and execution of annual events, including MapleFest and Trailgating. Duties include setup and breakdown, assisting visitors with parking and information, cooking thousands of pancakes, and etc.
Service, Group, and Scout Projects
Want to get your hands dirty? Strawberry Hill always has a need for individuals and groups to help with upkeep, general maintenance, and specific projects. If you would like to coordinate a service, group, or scout project to benefit Strawberry Hill, please email info@strawberryhill.org.
