Cancellation policy: Cancellations made for any reason less than 48 hours before the program date will not be granted a refund. It is not likely Strawberry Hill will cancel a program due to weather conditions, but if we deem conditions hazardous, we will make our best attempt to cancel within 24 hours and begin processing refunds as soon as possible.
