Useful Plants

The natural world provides an abundance of resources… if you know where to look! Join us for a day of exploring all that the forest provides. We’ll learn how to make our own natural dye and ink from plants, practice identification skills, explore traditional uses for native plants, and so much more!

Each day will have two sessions - a morning session from 9:30am-12pm and an afternoon session from 1-3:30pm. Families can sign up for morning session, afternoon session, or both! Please note this is not a drop-off program and caregivers must remain on campus with their teens.

*Younger siblings are welcome but please keep in mind that the day's activities are geared toward teens ages 13 and up.

$7 per person, per session To register, click here

Welcome to Woodlanders, Strawberry Hill's STEAM-focused programs for ages 13+. During these programs teens will explore higher-level environmental science concepts through hands-on learning activities and community cooperation!
