Join us for an in-depth look at some locally invasive wild edibles including mile-a-minute, wineberry, garlic mustard, ground ivy, and more. We'll cover identification, cooking methods, look-alikes, and the history of cultivation. Part of this program in our classroom and part is outdoors as we walk the trails searching for and identifying these plants. This program will also include samples to try!
