Maple Sugaring Volunteer Training

Thursday, February 9^th, 6:30 - 8:00 PM 

If you’d like to be involved with a pretty sweet process, we’d love to have you join us to learn the ropes of making maple syrup at Strawberry Hill.  This training session is just for those die-hard folks who’d like to spend a few extra hours in the cold this winter setting up, cleaning, and processing the maple syrup.  We’ll be looking for volunteers to be available during our big Maple Sugaring weekends at the end of February and beginning of March. 

We'll need help with the following tasks:

·         Collecting Maple Water

·         Tending fire/chopping wood

·         Parking attendants

·         Registration/group coordination

·         Taste testing attendants

·         Nature Nook sales

·         Set-up/Clean-up

·         Help with Breakfasts

·         And More!
