New for 2009, a photo contest was included at Strawberry Hill's Annual Auction Dinner, focused on nature found at Strawberry Hill. Donated photos were sold in both the silent and live auction. The five top photos chosen by the event committee were enlarged, framed, and displayed at the event and around Adams County. These photographs were voted on by those who were in attendance. Bob Moul's photograph of Strawberry Hill's Pink Log Cabin received the most votes and was featured in a half page article in the 2010 January/February edition of Celebrate Gettysburg Magazine.
