Strawberry Hill is a member-supported 501(c)(3) nonprofit environmental education and conservation organization dedicated to teaching, inspiring, and promoting stewardship of our environment. We rely entirely upon membership dues, contributions, grants, program receipts, endowments, and special events to support our important work.

Volunteering brings our values to life and our community together. For almost 20 years Strawberry Hill has offered a unique and rewarding educational experience to people of all ages because we have a dedicated corps of volunteers.

Volunteers are the heart of Strawberry Hill, whether they serve on the board, on committees, or help with events. Volunteers are responsible for our success. Whether you’re a novice or an expert, whether you can make a commitment to monthly events or yearly, whether you like being outside on the trails or inside on the computer, we can use your help. There’s something for everyone to do at Strawberry Hill!

Currently we are seeking volunteers
• to encourage local businesses to underwrite programs (e.g., Halloween Party, Auction Dinner, Pancake Breakfasts, Open House)
• to help with computer/technical issues
• to help with Strawberry Hill displays for local events
